E-benefits finally moved to "pending decision approval". Not really sure what it means, I've read lots of conflicting things in the forums on it, but it is movement in the right direction and that feels good.

This means your proposed ratings is waiting for approval from a supervisor. I got my proposed ratings a week after decision approval popped up on my ebenefit.

I still haven't received notification of "fit" or "unfit" yet. Had you heard something before this?

Did you contact your PEBLO about fit/unfit determination? Usually, if found fit your case wouldn't have gone to the VA for rating. There is all indication that you are found unfit due to the activities on ebenefit.

just called her...... Explained update on Ebenefits and her answer was "It just means they are working on it". Still have no answer as to Fit/Unfit or %. Im leaning towards unfit but it would be nice to know for certain.

Your PEBLO must be a shady person. He/she can see the PEB decision in the system L don't know why he decides not to tell you. But just like I said, for the VA to have received your case it means you've been found unfit. Just relax and wait for your ratings to come back. Good luck!
 
Im AF and my ebenefits has said the same thing ever since my exams were done. My case hasnt even been sent to PEB yet....
 
you can always call the VA directly and sometimes they can tell you if you have a fitness finding included in your file

Thanks, I'll try that tomorrow. I asked for ratings but they wouldn't tell me. He said it would be mailed. I didn't think to ask for a fitness finding.

They cant tell you ratings over the phone if you know when they completed the ratings and wait 10 days you can then have them fax your ratings proposal to you. Or wait for your PEBLO to throw you a bone.
 
Got my ratings today, 50% DOD 100%VA.

That's great! My claim went historical yesterday, hopefully my DA 199 will come in fast like yours!
