they did the same for me… yet, i haven’t gotten a call yet for an appointment so i’m confused lol so weird

we literally almost have the exact same timeline I even submitted my sleep study on the 28th of March that they should have already had, and I still haven't got my VA ratings my DoD ratings or my DA 199 lol

Just hang in there. This process is a pain in the ass. My stuff was weird and all backwards. I’m glad I have my legal appt so I can get this closed out and move on with life!

I checked VA.gov and under closed cases my stuff populated then I called the VA to inquire about what the proposed percentages are.

Yeah, mines close on the 23rd of March and then I end up calling the VA that following Monday they gave me a proposed rating but I'm assuming it was incorrect ratings because it was saying 50% based off of results from January when I didn't do my VA exams until February. In my sleep apnea with a cpap machine alone would be 50% so I know they didn't add in my exams

Sounds like a circus like mine! lol. I still have a VA appt tmrw but already have my percentages. Shit is weird! No one knows why either.
