Did you give him a brief case full of money? If you don’t get it I understand lol
 
What was the additional C&P exam about? I just got an email from the VA saying I "may" have another one. I finished everything with peb and am awaiting the final signature on my 199 to get it and my proposed ratings. I do not understand the additional exam if everything is already complete.
 
This is my final update. I hope this helps folks with a rough estimate of things. I figured I would share the end state of thing.

(MAR 12, 2024) Scheduled Legal w/MEB Legal Office
(MAR 18, 2024) Met with Legal
(MAR 18, 2024) Signed NARSUM (Concur)
(MAR 19, 2024) NARSUM forwarded to PEB
(MAR 25, 2024) VA.gov case closed; decision letter on the way
(MAR 26, 2024) Received VA ratings; uploaded to PEB; awaiting DOD%
(MAR 28, 2024) C&P Exam added
(APR 02, 2024) Received VA ratings, DOD ratings and DA 199; scheduled legal
(APR 03, 2024) Additional C&P Exam complete; legal scheduled for APR 05
(APR 05, 2024) Signed DA199 and DA5893; Permanent Disability Retired List. I will not add numbers because everyone's differ. They are amazing numbers though!! PEBLO told me to reach out to Transitions within 7 days to receive my NLT 90 days date. I will continue to update until I am out.
(APR 09, 2024) Contacted by SFAC on 08 Apr but missed call. Followed up with SFAC on 09 Apr to get my NLT date of 07 July 2024. Leave submitted, awaiting approval. Also contacted by VA representative
(APR 09, 2024) Leave approved; start terminal on 01 May
(APR 17, 2024) Received orders and post clearing papers. Final out on 30 Apr.
(APR 30, 2024) Final out, Signed DD-214
(MAY 1, 2024) Began Terminal leave
(JUN 26, 2024) Retirement date and final VA ratings; 100% P&T; Time to enjoy life. Good luck to all.
