Further exams refusal?

So I just got an email from my PEBLO, informing me that DRAS is requesting updated exams on my claims, 8 months after their initial submission and subsequent time sitting at the VA being unnoticed. I am now over 210 days into waiting on ratings, and 3 months behind the army average.

Can I refuse the further exams and just push on with the MEB, or is my only option to finish out the MEB, to get these further exams done?

Any help in this is greatly appreciated, as I'm done playing these stupid army games and at the breaking point.

I do not believe you can refuse the examinations - in order to proceed through the MEB and in order for the VA to rate your claims, they have the authority to reevaluate you as they see fit. Do you have a VSO assisting you through the IDES process? Bob
