My Dashboard just got updated and showed the PEB FINDINGS stage as being completed 03/17/16. Does this mean the 199 is complete and I will just have to sign it?

My real question I guess is if a completion date shows up on the Dashboard for the "PEB FINDINGS", does that mean the 199 received final signature and is being sent to me to sign?
 
Unfortunately, I wouldn't know...I'm still waiting myself! If I had to guess, I'd say that your 199 is either in route or already with your PEBLO. I am a little curious to why you haven't been contacted yet though?

I am hoping it is enroute. Are you just waiting for yours to be signed or do you know if it has been written up yet?
 
It should be in the system for the PEBLO to pull at that point.. but also it could mean that he/she already has it but hasnt checked the system.

I'm waiting on my final signature...I think today marks my 93rd day of waiting. 7 more and its a C Note!
 
I can't confirm, but the rumor is they're done in batches. A few months back I saw two guys get their orders cut in 48 hrs. The other end of that extreme is 3 to 4 weeks.
