I initially filed for CRSC back in 2017. Everything was denied. I got an attorney and filed again in November 2024. Got my decision letter yesterday. 10% tinnitus and 0% rhinitis. Neither were claimed in my reconsideration. I'm thinking about hiring another attorney and giving it another chance as I think my lawyer didn't do a great job of putting my packet together. Anyone have success after multiple appeals?

Applying is really easy. If you need help there are several people that will assist for free and will most likely net you a better outcome than paying an attorney

Also what has happened with you being approved for things not claimed…
Your service pulled or you provided your rating sheet from the VA. They use all the conditions on that form to determine CRSC. So they say rhinitis and tinnitus and evaluated them for CRSC.
