I randomly checked my IPERMs account, and got my CRSC decision letter, but still have not been notified by DFAS or IPERMs that it was submitted to my account, any idea how long it takes for DFAS to get their copy and conduct the calculations? I submitted my packet 17 DEC 24 and got my IPERMs letter 28 MAR 25. Thanks for any insight.

If you already saw it on iPERMS, then DFAS should already have it. Usually, it's 30-45 days before you see your first payment. Those claims completed in the latter half of the month typically will see their monthly payment on the first of the second month following the decision. i.e. if notification is on 25 March, the majority *should* see the first payment on 01 May. Retro pay, if applicable, can hit your acct at any point of the month whereas the monthly payment is on the first (or whenever your gov't check hits if your financial institution pays early).
That makes sense, thank you. I was just starting to get confused as I only know it was accepted and given 80% CRSC by checking my iperms randomly; It says 27 March 2025 was decision date, and I noticed it on the 28th. Just got my letter in the mail today, but hadnt head anything else official so was just looking for any clarity so that helps a lot. Thank you. I have been working with my Care Coalition representative who has done a calculation, but still want to make sure what DFAS is tracking as my avg high three vs me just looking at LES and pay charts and doing math.
