Hello. Army guy here. I have a pending Fit for Duty exam and wonder how relevant is being on temporary profile to be accepted into IDES? Do you have to be on temp profile for ~180 days to be considered non-retainable? My condition sucks, but sometimes as senior leaders we don’t seek profiles to have everything properly documented. I have been recently put on temp profiles for all my potentially disqualifying conditions.
