hi yall. i know that there is a time matrix for this, but as we all know that means nothing when it comes to the government paying money. i was wondering if anyone has dealt with the regional office of providence? as well as if you have how much longer do i have (in Pending decision approval)?

You didn't provide nearly enough information to make a guess. Need to know when the PEB found you unfit and sent your records to the VA for ratings for starters. It will also help to know how many claimed conditions there are.

i was found unfit in december. my status moved to pending decision approval on monday. i claimed i believe 6 conditions. The referring conditions is Herniated L5-S1 / degenerative disc disorder / and destroyed facets in my lower back.
If they only find you unfit for your lower back, then your ratings will be based on Range of Motion (ROM) Look below, and click the link to figure where you fit according to ROM on the VASRD. As for your other conditions, it just depends if they impacted duty performance as to whether DOD will compensate for them.

thank you for the information on the rating. that made me feel a lot better in comparing it to the paper that i have the was sent to the VA. Is there any website other than Ebenefits that i can check or look through to see if my status is a little more up to date? Me and my family aer moving to Florida and just want to know how much longer we have here. the complete list of my claims is herniated disc L5-S1 (New), bilateral ankle condition (New), bilateral knee condition (New), sleep disturbances (New), headaches (New), hearing loss (New), tinnitus (New), anxiety (New). i know that it aint a lot, but i just want to be done. i have been in for 8 1/2 years. i want to move on with my life and i just need to know how much time i got left till the time i can tell all the people here to go screw themselves. My original submission date is 09/13/2013. i was found Unfit in mid December. i moved into the Pending decision approval on 03/07/2014. any help would be great on this matter. thank yall for your time and effort.
Thank you to ranger2992. i recieved my prelim results of 40-dod and 80-va. thank you for your effort in this matter. i should be recieving my seps paperwork and DD-214 soon.

i signed my acceptance of findings about 3 weeks ago. i was told by my peblo that it would take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to get my final results and orders. so if you are looking for a final time line i am sorry that i cant help, but for kohn904 you and me should be on a similar time line as each other.
Do you remember what day you signed your preliminary ratings? Just trying to get an estimate for how long its taking the AF IPEB to send the results to the PEBLO.
