IDES Timeline

My med appointments were completed in November. Still waiting
I was referring to the PEB package.

You’re waiting on proposed ratings from the VA? My C&P exams were completed in Sept and my proposed ratings were done at the end of Jan. Everyone’s timeline is a little different, but you can use that timeline to gauge how long you have to get ratings.

I was told my package was at presiding officer for adjudication….is the the QA step?
I don’t think so. The presiding officer has to agree or disagree on the unfit/fit decision. Then it gets forwarded to the VA for assigned ratings to any unfit condition or returned to the member if found fit.

anyone know why the timeline for people is all over the place, i just saw a case come back that was submitted in november. Why are october and november cases coming back when jun/july/aug are still waiting?

Your proposed ratings has nothing to do with the dod, that's only the va, you should've gotten a letter with your proposed ratings either by mail or on the va disability benefits app, I got that in January, you still have to wait on the dod decision for fit or unfit and their lump sum percentage

That's why the va is sending out the letters as soon as they're done because people of accusing them of taking forever when it's the dod

Mine was there for ten days then went to Quality assurance and has been there for six days now. You should have findings soon.
My lawyer told me QA usually takes about a month. At this point I don’t really care. I’m just happy to be past the MO now lol

my VA claims were all done and submitted in July, Mine is still in “evidence gathering” so i really don’t know who’s taking longer for mine

Physical cases are being completed faster because they have more officers allowed to do them. Where mental health cases only have 2 doctors reviewing the cases.

Tracking. I was replying to someone that stated they haven’t seen anything from the VA yet.

Yes, the main peblo said 4-6 months at peb
I don’t think you are understanding which portion of the VA I’m talking about. I’m referring to my nice you’re deemed unfit and they send the PEB package to the VA for a final rating on the referred condition that was unfitting.

I got mine at 6 months, it shouldn't be too much longer then

I have no proof, however, I’ve been told that cut and dry physical cases are being pushed through by the LO’s and anything mental health related has to go through the MO (which there are only two).
