Peblo said they just waiting on VA. Once I finally get it and sign I’ll post my timeline.(OCT Case)Mine took eight days at that stage then moved back to the QA stage for final approval. Still waiting.
If only it were that easy. There are BICs assigned for each position. In order to add more personnel then they would have to submit a TOKER. Unless they work on their own system, which I highly doubt.I’m sure they are doing best that they can but no matter how good/fast you are at handling a case, 2 people just isn’t enough for like 2500 cases. It’s on the PEB to hire more qualified people but clearly it’s not a priority to them.

I went 169 with MO before it moved to the Presiding Officer. Seems to be the higher end of wait times from what I’ve seen.170, I have 8 days till I'm there lol.

Update: I received a call from the PEB this afternoon telling me my findings were 0%DOD/ 90% VA.
I have an appointment to review everything tomorrow morning and will appeal.
I immediately connected with a wounded Warrior counselor to see how to get an attorney. They found out my attorney’s info and had her call me.
Attorney went over my DBQ and said there was stuff missing and that the person who wrote it up was “lazy” as there are service connected conditions missing.
Will meet with her right before I go to the PEB tomorrow. She said the appeal process can take 6-8 weeks. She said there’s so much wrong with my findings that we will need to make an appointment to go line by line and that we have our work cut out for us. Now I need to get statements from my doctors, chain of command, ER discharge paperwork, SIQ chits, etc.
Good thing I didn’t start the home loan process

Then your NARSUM, NMA, and other documents “should” have been reviewed by your attorney prior to the package being sent to the PEB.He sure didn’t and I didn’t know he was supposed to.
