It’s not Oct sure it was accepted in Oct but I was sent Sept 1st
This gives me hope, mine was sent sept and at MO oct and considered an ;'easy case' lol

I spoke to a paralegal at cherry point. She has no idea how the PEB is prioritizing cases because she has seen cases from Dec get processed before others that have been waiting since July.
Ugh my August self hates this process more and more every day.

I’m a july case and want to conctact a congressmen at this point but I don’t want to cause more trouble if my case is almost done and I don’t know it. So lost. What do you guys think

Also what paperwork should I send in regards to my med board taking so long. Cause they want casework paper idk what I would give them

My package arrived at the Medical officer in July 2021. I have received my findings. 100% VA / 40% Dod. I Talked to the PEBLO and the paralegal and they both said that the navy has been pumping them out quick. Looks like those new guys finally got trained.
I'M ALMOST FREE

Mabey if I didn't add a personal statement and rebuttal to the va my stuff would not be at 150 mo days

I'm also in grad school but thought I would only get the remote bah when i get out. How do you determine if the class is considered by the VA to be resident training?

Doesn’t hurt to try but I’m gonna be honest, they are gonna give the same cookie cutter response. This is what they told mine.

The airforce's medical board process hasn't really been delayed, so it sounds like BS to me

So I contacted my local congresswomen and she sent an inquiry to the department of the navy . . . I’m pretty sure it should have been to the peb. Anybody know if I messed up
