I think this process has definitely given me a new form of patience. I feel terrible because I’m honestly happy people get their results but I also get so frustrated when their packages were sent up after mine.
Oh for sure. It’s extremely frustrating especially seeing other branches literally not being affected by the excuses we have been given and get there’s entered medboard complete in the time it take just our PEB portion

I sent mine on Jan 11 2022.My PEBLO said the same thing to me.
Just a little perspective for you so reality can set in. My package was sent to the PEB on Aug 6, 2021 and wasn’t assigned to a Medical Officer (MO) until Sep 13, 2021. My package has been at the PEB with a MO for 137 days and with the PEB for a total of 175 days. I’m still waiting but have seen movement with my VA claim that indicates my case is about done. Keep the faith and hang in there. It’s going to be a long road. Reach out to anyone on here as a sounding board. We are literally all in this together.

My command is requiring me to be in FEP so they really don’t care about physical limitations. I agree with you there. Literally have told my Chief that the stress is tremendously impacting my cognitive abilities and he still says that he doesn’t feel like my performance has faltered. Umm what???! Yes it has! I have the command work eval to prove it in contrast to last year’s evaluation. They are trying to get all they can out of me
They got you fucked up.

You still might make it in the 4-6 month window, which is what RIOc was told by the PEBLO. It seems like the preponderance of cases are falling in that 4-6 month timeframe, with several July cases coming back now (6 months) and a few September cases coming in already (4 months). Unfortunately there a few outliers, specifically on the 6+ months side.

hoping this week is the week for us mid July cases. Anxiety has definitely been through the roof the past few weeks

Mine went into the peb that day. Peblo says to expect July, then still have to wait for retirement paperwork. Am I correct, the va won’t show proposed ratings until findings?

No, The VA will give you proposed ratings much before you get your findings. Check your MyVA and call them if the website says you are on the last step for your VA findings but you are, "waiting for more paperwork" or something. That means your proposed ratings are here, but the VA is waiting on your findings from the board and your eventual DD214

Ah ok, yeah I’ve been checking that site. Thanks for the information.

Just got out of a meeting and they were talking about how the PEB office is fully staffed and their main goal is to work the backlog as much as possible.
I feel like it’s actually true now. Cases have been flying back. At 190 at PEB/150 MO, so here’s hoping.

Well, judging from my source and from what I’ve been seeing in the forum and the feedback from the meetings…we should be seeing a lot of activity from June-august this month.

But the mission statement of the peb right now is essentially work the backlog. This sucks for the fbeb guys because they are doing less of those to facilitate working the backlog.

Ok, so I had my VA claim update on the 28th and it updated again on the 31st with a claimed condition of VASRD BEL. Anyone know what that means? I have been in adjudication for 9 days now, so curious to know if that means the board sent my rating back to VA

My lawyer said that that just means they are waiting on your DD214 to complete your claim. Mine did that awhile ago.
