Guys my case is getting to the point where my Chief wants to help me and contact the PEB in DC to see what's going on. What info or DC PEB number should I give him or is there any way he can get ahold of them in a better way. Giving him my peblo's number would do not help.
Have him ask about mine too lol

When did you submit to peb? I haven’t heard of anyone contacting the peb directly but I’ve heard of people doing congressional inquiries.
My case was submitted Sep 1st and accepted Oct 15th and have been with Presiding Officer for 17 days as of today and have heard nothing since the PO update. Im not wanting to contact the PEB directly someone else is.

How long has everyone's cases been at the presiding officer before getting another update stating it move up the Chain or being told of your findings? currently @ 17 days at the Presiding Officer with no update.

I haven’t heard of many sept cases coming back. If you’re with the presiding officer you should be getting it very soon.

" The Physical Evaluation Board is a performance based board and not a continuation of the medical board. At the PEB service members are evaluated against their ability to execute the duties of their rank, rate/MOS, grade, or office. The evaluation of the Unit Commander holds significant weight with the board. The non-medical assessment (NMA) submitted by the command is the primary document the board leverages to determine the Service member’s ability to perform their duty. It is imperative that unit commanders take the time to understand and reconcile conditions referred to the PEB for evaluation and provide their own assessment as to why each referred condition prevents the Service member from performing their duty.
If you have specific questions, do not hesitate to contact the customer service section of the PEB at 202-685-6422."

My case was submitted on 6 August (183 days ago) and assigned to a MO on 13 Sept (145 days ago). Still with the MO. Haven’t moved to the Presiding Officer yet. This whole “first come first served” that the PEBLOs talk about is total BS. Lol. It’s just like the military though to lie to your face just to get you to quit asking questions.
