I found out at 121 days, I'm hoping everyone gets theirs soon! Mine was considered a "simple case" lol

Hope so, can’t sleep lately thinking about how close we are and how in just a few weeks/months life could change drastically.
Good thing is there are no more holidays until Memorial Day so the PEB has no excuse not to work.
Does anyone know if the PEB sent a new JDETS update this morning?
Awaiting the same answer. I was going to wait until Wednesday to call due to having Monday off.
Do we normally get our findings via email or phone call? I've seen people say both but wasnt sure if they had different situations.

Physical cases are being moved faster because they are allowed to go to the line officers which there are more of (4-6?). MH cases are going to the medical officers which there are only 2 of and then a line officer if needed for a tie breaker
I’ve heard that. I’m just a physical case 1 referred condition. Sent 29 Nov. hope it moves quick for me. My lawyer said from what he has seen (which isn’t every case). The PEB hasn’t used the authority to skip MO. Have you heard different?
Line officers are still medical officers in the eyes of the PEB they just have no medical background other than the training the PEB provides for them to go through cases. Think a regular officer on a shore duty. Where medical officers are actual medical doctors once they leave the PEB billet.
So yes every case goes through a medical officer just some are actually medical doctors where the others have just the training to PEB provides and will not use whenever they go to their next command
