Did your proposed ratings change at all? I got my proposed ratings today and sent in my job offer today for them to expedite everything else.
No my ratings stayed the same, I only had one referred condition which was determined unfit. I had other conditions in my claim but those were determined to meet retention standards.
 
Update on my process. I’m currently 35 days into IPEB. My VA rating came back on 14 July. Peblo has already received them and forwarded them to PEB. Just waiting on PEB completion now. Not getting any sort of timeline for completion from my peblo. He said anywhere from 1-3 months from the start of the PEB. So I’m over a month in.

I received a job offer and will be submitting an offer letter to the PEB to expedite the process.
We’re roughly around the same timeframe. I talked to my PEBLO yesterday and apparently the PEB hasn’t started mine yet. Apparently they’re super backlogged still.
 
Do you guys have the memo you submitted to the board for the job offer. Can you send it to me. I am on day 78 so far of my package being at the board May 4th i got the letter via tricare online website saying they received the package. I would like to submit my job offer letter to help speed up this process. If you need my email let me know.

Do you have an updated timeline? Also if you are trying to get disability does it look bad that you are already trying to get another job (No offense, serious question) ... basically will it affect your ratings since they might say "hey look, he can work"?

So I just got an email this morning from the separations office with my NLT date, once my command signs my leave form I can get my orders and start to clear. Getting another job outside the military has no bearing on your process for an MEB. MEB is all about can he/she conduct the physical demands of being a soldier, i.e ruck marches, PT test, etc. No offense taken, great question.

So, I can work. I'm a Naval Flight Officer and my condition downs me from ever flying again, being worldwide deployable, combat zone action, or away from a medical facility. I am not physical disabled from holding another job, just the job that the Navy hired me to do. My VA ratings are from conditions that have arisen from my 24 years in Naval service and that I am owed VA compensation for the rest of my life along with appropriate medical care because my Occupation as caused these things to happen to me. The unfortunate circumstance is I can no longer fly and do my primary job which really sucks.
 
Still no 199 or finding from PEB. Officially sent in my job offer letter 28 July. Hopefully I will hear something soon. PEBLO said he was sending it to the PEB and they would determine if it was cause to expedite. My job starts Sept 1st and they have already held the position a month for me. They said they can’t hold it any longer. So I’m pretty pissed off with the lack of information on timelines. I’m not sure how they expect us to get gainful employment but without any information on timelines. To further cause issues my unit refuses to accept leave without 40 days notice!! So I have no idea how I am even going to get terminal leave when I have 68 days of leave to use.

I’m two weeks behind you and in the same boat. My PEBLOs supervisor wouldn’t even accept my job offer memo I’m supposed to start my job Sep 27th

I’m 40 days in IPEB. Did you do an appeal or anything? If not I’d definitely call the ombudsman. They will usually can speed things up after day 60 ive read.

Your unit can't prevent you from taking leave nor can they deny you from submitting it regardless of their stupid timeline. If you have 68 days saved up and you are getting medically retired (30%+) you will get 20 days PTDY that puts you essentially at the NLT 90 day mark you are going to get. Essentially, what I would do is once you get your MEB complete and you hit Transpoc and have your NLT date get your DA31 submitted with as many days as possible. If you don't want to deal with your unit while clearing then you can clear on leave and so forth. But regardless always remember leave is a RIGHT.

Yeah I’m probably going to end up in a battle for my leave. The last guy that just finished his medboard in my unit had to get his orders amended 4 times due to the unit not signing his leave form. He finally used the open door policy with our BC and then the company tried to ucmj him for it….obviously on no grounds but that is the climate I work in.

Thanks for the update. My ratings came back from the VA on July 16th. I haven’t been given them though and every time I call the e VA they refuse to email them despite being past the 14 days of no receipt. They said I have to wait for the completion of the PEB. After calling so many times I’ve given up on it.

Have you tried logging into ebenifits and checking the my documents tab
