Unfortunately developed Cardio condition with ventricular arrhythmia and depression while active duty. Palaced-Chased to the Reserves, then tore achilles tendon.
MEB clerk stated, "You should have MEB/Medical Retired while active, how did you transfer to reserves?" Was then placed on medical hold, unfit for duty (Form 469)
Extended one year to reserve contract to complete MEB process. In the midst of rehab, the MEB case never completed. MEB clerk PCS'd which was learned after my service expiration date.
What can be done to correct this? AFBCMR?
