IPEB questions?

So my case was submitted to IPEB on 28SEP2016 and I finally just called the VA and they said my case was recieved 08NOV2016 and I called again today and they have my proposed ratings that were completed 17NOV2016. They wouldn't tell me what my ratings are. From what I read if you make it to the VA you are typically found unfit because they wouldn't be wasting the VA's time if you were found fit and also would want to get you back to work and deployable.

I am just trying to find out if I am fit or unfit.

Does the VA get the packages for ratings regardless of fit determination?

How much longer do I have until this process is over and I can get my orders?

It took over 2 months to get my final ratings after the proposed where done. Then 2 more weeks for an updated eas - you have alittle bit

How long until you found out you were unfit or fit that's the main thing I am trying to figure out.
 
Aug31 my claim was sent to the peb I waited until the end of October to find out I was unfit.
