I have 4 Years active as an E-5
Just awarded 80% with SMC-k
My High 3 pay from the LES is 1031.

it looks like my max is $390 but will SMC K be added to the total?

The longevity amount is the most anyone will receive for CRSC.

My CRSC was approved at 100%.

I have a regular retirement and SMC-S & SMC-K. They total more than $1000 than my longevity, but I am capped by the longevity amount for CRSC. Incidentally, both SMCs are related to Agent Orange exposure in Vietnam.

The amounts for SMCs can be approved for CRSC BUT in no case can the CRSC payment be more than the longevity amount.

Edited to add: The average high three base pay is the sum of the highest 36 months of basic pay divided by 36.
A year ago you said:
1. DFAS MyPay RAS: $1,100 corrected
2. DoD disability retirement percentage: DoD 30%

I replied that $1100 divided by 30% = your average high three base pay

You now mentioned your Gross on RAS is 1031. 1031/30% = contemporary average high three base pay.
