JBER timeline

Did it open when it was at the PEB? I was submitted to PEB 22 OCT, and got my proposed a week before I went to the PEB. Its been at the IPEB awaiting ratings for a couple days and for some reason the VA claim is showing step 6. From what i see they only do that after ur already on the way out.
no so it'll reopen once you ETS. Everything now is just proposed. Which than will take 30-90 days from when you ETS to get your official ratings. For me they reopened when I was on ETS leave bcuz I submitted my 214 but it didn't start moving pass 5/8 after my last day and from there it took 28 days.
