JBLM PEB but different transitions center?

I concurred with and signed my 199 four days ago (31 JAN 22).
My PEB went through JBLM but I am currently stationed at POM in CA. The transition center at POM is saying they will not be the one to generate my orders but my PEBLO is saying that this is how the process works at JBLM.
Transitions at POM is telling me to go to the Retirement center to have orders cut but the retirement center is saying they cannot do anything until my orders are generated. It feels like they both keep giving me a uno reverse card.


So.... I don't get it. How do I get my orders generated?
Does anyone know?
Could they potentially go through JBLM transitions center?

PEB submits something to transpoc (transition processing) it takes a few weeks. Once your name hits that transpoc list, retirement services will call you.

My PEB was through JBLM and my retirement processing was through ft Riley, KS

Ah okay, My PEBLO made it seem like it was imminent that I get in contact with transitions at my duty station to get the ball rolling and when they shrugged there shoulders I was confused
