Legal breif early June (7th maybe?)
Va claim date June 21st
Referred to peb for action June 23rd
Last c&p Exam July 1st
Accepted by peb for action August 17th

Va claim dissappeared couple weeks ago, told me they still see the claim though and are waiting on peb now.

I called my Peblo today and was told no update. 2 Marines in my unit got their findings recently. One was "accepted by peb for action" early August, he got his findings today (Oct 24 2022). The other was accepted the same day as me (August 17) and got his findings last week. My Peblo said hes seen a few go through recently. Heres to hoping.

I was case accepted Sept 2nd. Hopefully you hear soon because that means the 4 month timeline I was told may not be the case.

I just saw WeaponX post that he got his findings today. I think his was accepted sept 11. So we are both any day now.

Decided what the hell and emailed my PEBLO, this is what I got.

"Your case is currently with the VA disability rating officer. Once this step is complete it will go to QA and they will complete their review and then your findings will be sent out to us."

sounds like a "We'll let you know when we let you know." to me. At least your peblo decides to reply to you. I sent an email a week and a half ago. No response.

I just wanted to let you know my dates since ours are close together.
Legal brief: April 28, 2022
VA Claim Date: May 5, 2022
C&P Exams: May for all 3 exams
PEB Case Referred: July 14, 2022
PEB Case Accepted: August 2, 2022
VA Claim Closed: October 7, 2022
Findings: October 24, 2022
Accepted findings: October 24, 2022

Still awaiting an EAS Date from headquarters.

Also, my wife is on a MED Board as well and her dates are very similar, and when my VA Claims got closed hers disappeared as yours did. I would just say to be patient and you should hear something soon. Trust me I know how much it sucks waiting.

Encouraging that the timeline they told me may be correct. My case was accepted early Sept and was expecting to hear something next month.

Yeah, mine took around 3 months from the day that my Case was accepted, but my wife is in the same situation as you. Did your VA Claims ever pop back up?

Mine have not, every time I ask over the phone they're reading a prompt "decision phase waiting for a rater" same place its been since July. Also, can you see your rating on the va app after you accept the findings? Or do they only populate after EAS? Thanks for sharing your timeline btw.

Yeah, I was lucky enough that in the VA app it just stated closed, and then I called my pueblo and it took about two weeks after that to get my findings. No, I don't see my VA ratings on the app or ebenefits. You will find out your estimated ratings when you get your findings but that's it. Then about 2 weeks after your findings a VA Rep will call you for some interview thing and tell you more about your ratings, and whether you are (P&T) Permanent and Total and such. You will get a letter in the mail about 2 weeks after your EAS with all of your ratings, but you also get a little summary of your ratings when you do your findings of why you were rated a certain percent and why it's not higher.

We have the exact same timeline... anything new for you? I've been successfully stonewalled by the PEBLO.

Nothing yet. Im pretty sure they publish results 15th and 30th or something like that. So hopefully we will hear something after the holiday.
