If you go to 20 you can collect concurrent retirement and va disability. Usually a better option. You would have to resubmit your VA disability claim on your own, redo your C&P exams and possibly not be 100%. Generally going to 20 is a much greater advantage financially but there are risks.

Getting concurrent receipt is way better! You would need to redo the VA stuff but thats minor. Even if your rating was lower the next time around that is something you can get fixed and backdated to the day after you get out through appeals or adding additional claims.
If you can't get LAS any money from your chapter 61 pension is offset by your VA compensation. Since 75% is max pay for DOD if that amount isn't over 4k then chances are all you get is tricare and VA compensation. The only way to recoup that is via CRSC and if you don't get approved you lose out on thousands of dollars of pay forever. The safer route if possible is to be approved for LAS and finish the 20 years. Also, your total pay will be higher assuming your VA compensation is the same after you get out. That's because your longevity pension will have 3.75% higher. That higher percentage means a larger pension. Also, if there are any military pay raises that will help raise your HIGH 3 multiplier. That last couple military pay raises have been outstanding! My wife is medically retired and she got 2% less in COLA than the military got in pay raises. That all adds up in the long run!
I'm in a similar situation, however, I'm in the CRDP boat. 100% DoD, 100% VA, as I was allowed to retire under medical reasons. PRDL as well.
Right now, my RAS says $6,381.00 due to 100% DoD, capped at 75% (O-3E, 20 years, 2 months AD). It will be reduced to longevity as soon as my VA claim is completed which is $4363.00.
All my VA claims accepted were Gulf War Connected, incurred, I can provide a listing. In addition, I have the evaluations to support.
My VA payment is calculated at $4,519.77.
