I got my IPEB results on Friday 19 Nov 2010. I walked out of the hospital and called the AF lawyers that I had been referenced to. I got an email on Monday from them asking for a copy of my 356.
Interesting to know that they have 4 lawyers working, taking care of AF active duty, guard and reserve. They have to be overworked. I was told that someone would review the form and get back to me in regards to a decision to appeal or not.
They also said that they are very busy, and I may only get and email from them.
If I do not hear from them by the time I need to respond to the IPEB results, I can request an extension.
And of course, as I have seen on previous posts, if I do indeed decide to applea, I will not meet my lawyer until 3 days before my board. It is going to be interesting to see how his pans out. Any bets on what their suggestions will be regarding appeal?
