How true that is. Today is buisness day 14 for both of us since they were sent.

No kidding!! LOL, I'd like to try and somewhat plan the follow-on to the military, but really can't until I clear up some of the uncertainty.

Found out some info today. My timeline as it stands right now:

MEB completed 2 May
I signed MEB 3 May
Mailed out to AFPC on 5 May
AFPC received on 11 May.

According to the rep at AFPC: "Your case is not yet in line for review...might be longer than the 14 days. Your PEBLO will get the results and call you to brief you on the findings."

I then asked about the information about cases being sent to AFPC with a diagnosis of combat-related PTSD (which is one of the diagnosis being sent in for me) being moved up in priority and the response I got was, "Yes, but we have so many PTSD and other combat related cases that it sometimes takes longer than 14 days."
 
I think there's still hope, but it's hanging on a spider thread.

I'm still staying optimisitc for something then within the next 2 weeks.
 
My package (legacy) was sent in on the 3rd, thats what the PEBLO told me. I try not to bother them and give them an attitude toward me. This whole process from here has been a big circle jerk, they don't listen or do what needs to be done. I mentioned the delay to him in the hall this morning and he confirmed it as well stating that there staff was down 25%. I read somewhere (probably here) that it could take 14 to 21 days longer. Please keep us informed whoever finds out first.

Well an update from us, my husband was enrolled in the Wounded Warriors Program in SAn Antonio. Not sure if anyone else has been enrolled. Was also told his package was being looked over by 3 doctors and hoping for a answer back in the next week or so! I will keep you all updated. Hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!
 
I've heard nothing but I'm glad you did. I will assume (stupid me) that my should be nearby as well since my was mailed out on the 4th of May. Good luck and please keep us informed.
 
JoshnSarah...that's awesome news!! How did you find out? I haven't heard anything on mine yet. Best of luck and hope y'all get what you deserve! Look forward to hearing more on the progress.
 
Just a thought:

I can see everything else relating to my career digitally on vMPF but I have to rely on a phone call/email from the MEB office on what's going on with my package at AFPC. Why can't I see some spreadsheet showing me where it is at any given time, that is updated dynamically? I know that the disability section at AFPC has to track these packages somehow...why not let those of us that it concerns see where we sit in the pecking order??
 
I agree with ya'll. Our lives are pretty much sitting in someone else's hands, the least they can do is let us track whats going on. I'd perfer not letting someone else give me the details on their own time. As we all not our PEBLO's don't always give a crap. Good luck to everyone! I'm praying everyone gets their answers soon!!
 
I have to concur. They're leaving us feel completely like mushrooms...kept in the dark and fed you-know-what. The other thing was when I called the IPEB office, the lady was so rude, it's not even funny. I almost expect that she will throw my file to the bottom of the pile or send it back to my PEBLO with something wrong, just out of spite. I asked my PEBLO about the delays and that I had talked to IPEB and how rude they were and he told me they don't like the members to call them directly at all. Why on God's green Earth would they even put that telephone number on the DES information packet if they didn't want anyone to bother them? The whole process is out of control in my opinion...
