I’m sure this has been asked frequently and I’m aware that it’s based on how it effects your ability to do your job, but how likely is it for someone with MDD to be found unfit? In my opinion mental health disorders can affect the ability to do one’s job differently than physical disabilities. So I’m not sure how the PEB determines fitness when it comes to mental health. I’d love to hear from others who have been boarded due to mental health conditions and what their outcomes were.

I would say most unfit findings are for MH
I completely agree with Odd pedestrian. Mental health issues appear to be one of the highest unfit things people come to this forum about.
Good, bad, or indifferent, it is also the "easiest" way to obtain a high disability rating. Mobility and range of motion conditions are much harder to get a higher rating.
I am by no means telling you to game the system, just trying to help cage your expectations.
