MDD TDRL Re-eval. Please share

Anybody with TDRL re-evals for MDD, can you share your re-eval experiences here and how it went? Thx

John Gately has a really good recommendation on his website. Basically you need to see a psychiatrist every three months and a therapist every two weeks or you will be downgraded.
