MEB referral-10 Jan 24
PEBLO/legal-11 Jan 24
MSC brief claimed and referred conditions-9Feb24
VA C&Ps-22-26 Feb 24
My buddy’s narsum received 20 Mar 24
Question 1:
He’s referred conditions were requested via IDRM (In Duty Related Memo) since he had no actual LOD. Narsum basically gave an opinion that his back conditions should NOT be ILD or aggravated by service even with IDRM.
So does that mean no percentages from PEB?
He’s trying to reach legal, no luck. He wrote a statement with in service documentation showing his back pain but was also involved in a MV accident years later.
Any thoughts whether rebuttal should be IMR?
