Hey all, so I'm likely facing an MEB at some point from anxiety disorder and depression, was recently involuntary placed at inpatient ward.
Anyhow, question being; my anxiety disorder took over sometime ago and makes me very unfunctional @ work and home. Psychiatrist recently started me on benzos, which i was told is a restricted class (hence expecting the meb) but they work wonderfully in helping me return to being functional. Since I can't remain in while on them, I'm wondering if having a med that's effective impacts the disability % they'd assign me?
