So I recently got put on a profile code 37. For Chronic Insomnia and have been taking narcotics for a while now. My PCM said she had to send it up to MEB. I also have Seizures and nerve damage for my pack that need to be put for MEB as well. Does MEB only review the condition that was put in MEB for or your entire medical file?

They review everything but if they send it to a full MEB without conditions you believe are unfitting you will need to work on building your case. Make sure the commander's impact statement reference all the conditions and how each one affects your work performance. Also, if the NARSUM doesn't list conditions as unfitting you may want to request an IMR and or a rebuttal. Basically make sure you are trying to advocate for yourself at each step where possible.
One more note. If conditons aren't considered unfitting then your time to get it changed is during a FPEB. However, like I said before you want to build your case before it gets to that point.
The commander and my PCM agree that my conditions are unfitting. I’ve been on admin duties for a couple months now. When I had my last seizure the SQ Commander put me on con leave for a month. I was just wondering because my PCM said once I get my shots for my back in a week she’s going to have to put that in MEN as well.

My case was received by the VA on February 15th however I am yet to receive a call to submit my claims for the C&P exams.

Usually after you have your initial brief with your Peblo , she will brief you and inform you who’s your va rep along with soldiers council and ombudsman
Well he did inform me after the brief which was on the 14th of February he only told me he knows that my case was assigned to a VA Rep but haven’t been contacted just asking though. Kinda worried.
Someone I believe in another thread stated that postponed all FPEB for Feb until the catch up with the informal boards.
Just signed my AF form 1185 from the Commander to send to MEB in regards to me being unfit, does this help my process?
I would call/email your Peblo back and ask. Make sure to include your dates etc. Good luck
