I have just finished my MEB at my base and the results just got sent up to the IPEB. The result was that they recommended me for separation/retirement. With that said does the IPEB usually concur with the MEB preformed by the Board at the members base?

Yes. Normally if the NARSUM states unfit the IPEB will concur. Each branch is different though. For example the Army its a lock to be unfit. For the Navy/Marines they lean towards fit. What was the conditions the NARSUM said was unfit? What was your VA % for each condition that was unfit?
Usually, but not always. The PEB is a personnel process. It looks at the whole person and their value to the organization.
