MEB Timeline (NAS Jacksonville via Kings Bay, GA)

Weird update today from VTA: I'm going to transpose this word for word.

"A CUE was called on the Proposed Rating Decision. The correction increased the referred Meniere's syndrome to 100%. This also included eligibility for SMC for statutory housebound. This correction as approved by the assigned DRO and finalized on 1/31/2025."

My FPEB lawyer got the new changes sent over to the PEB for review and said I should expect updated paperwork shortly.

So, I don't know what a "CUE" is nor a "DRO". EDIT: CUE is a "Clear and Unmistakable Error" with a DRO being Decision Review Officer

UPDATE: Signed and returned findings. 100%DoD/100% VA.

UPDATE: PDRL message is out. Last day of 24th of April, 2025. Retired as of 25th of April, 2025.

We didn't have any going up for a TRDL separation, so if there were one, we wouldn't see it as it wouldn't be addressed to us.

UPDATE: PTDY starts on Monday 3/17, then terminal starts 4/7 until I'm gone. Last day in uniform tomorrow... kinda weird feeling.

Just started the same combination of leave on Monday. Definitely feels weird.

Yeah, only thing I'm going to miss, are the people, for sure.

I’ll miss never having to figure out what I’m going to wear for work.
It's funny you say that, I had an existential crisis until i called my operations manager for help lol

congratulations. don’t forget about us! i’d love to see some periodic updates :) if not, then fair winds! you’ve earned it

Thank you! I'll be watching to keep helping. This forum has been invaluable to my mental health lol

Question for anyone that has taken PTDY. How did you submit your request? (Special request chit, nsips, etc) I’ve got different answers from my command and again I’m stuck trying to figure this all out.

My command only asked for the dates, but I'm at a small command where there's not much throughput.

Thought my small command would be the same way but they’re saying I have to submit it in DTS and that doesn’t make any sense to me. Figured it would be a leave chit like we would use for house hunting.

It's no cost orders that gets submitted with your package to the TSC. It's what allows big navy to change your ACC to 380.

That’s where my confusion lies. My ACC has already changed to 380. I got my authorization message today. If the PTDY approval or disapproval comes from the Commanding Officer how am I supposed to route it to them through DTS.

If you have ACC380, then it was done when you submitted your 1900/1 or whatever, and you should already be on separation PTDY. What dates did you fill in?
