Good morning everyone. So I was found unfit on 23 February. Was expecting to sign ratings soon (sometime over the last two weeks). Just talked with WWBN (PEBLO is nigh impossible to get ahold of). Apparently, my case is "In Deferral"? The dude with WWBN didn't know what that meant. Does anyone here know what they may mean? I should've had my ratings a couple weeks ago from what I've seen. Any help would be appreciated.
