Went through a meb/peb and was seperated with severance pay after over 16 1/2 years. After C&P exam was conducted(while on pain medication, nerve blockers and ptsd medication ) I was given 3 DOD unfitting conditions at 10%,0%,0%. Received a CUE letter from VA less than 3 months after separating with 10% going to 40% , 0% to 10% and 0% to 10%, plus 20٪ for sciatica as a secondary to the 40%. ABCMR denied relief for retirement after years of waiting for a response. All awarded ratings were retro back to day after seperation. Why no relief and do I have a case in court?
