Modified RILO vs RILO? At 22 years and wanting to apply for retirement

So I am at 22 years and have been preparing to submit to retire as I have been prepping for my civilian career. Last week I found out that back in April when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea that they put a code 37 on me. I was never informed and found out by chance last week because I called the clinic about something. I have received a job offer at a place I have been actively pursuing and was planning to apply for retirement this month. Because of this code 37 I am unable to apply for retirement. The Peblo submitted a modified RILO this morning in hopes of getting the code 37 removed so I can apply for retirement. She said it generally takes about 3-5 days to get an answer, though because I have not applied for retirement yet nor am I 60 days from my desired retirement date that they could possibly not accept it and she would have to submit a regular RILO.

What are peoples experiences with the time frame of the RILO. How likely am I to get the sleep apnea initiated code 37 removed?

I do not want to deal with a MEB. I just want to put in my retirement and retire at 22 years without any complications and with my desired time frame so I do not have to turn down the civilian job. Is there anyway since I want to put in for retirement to bypass all this stuff?

If you want to there are two processes for the MEB you can do the IDES and there is another that you separate and deal with the VA once you separate. I forget what it is called but if your code does not get dropped that is always an option I think it's called legacy. Your PEBLO will now about it.
