MRR Reserve question

I am going though a MRR now. what happens if I am found unit? I just transitioned from active duty and all my issues are from my time on active. What options do I have? Also, I felt active duty should have medically spectated me, I received a high Va rating the day after I separated.
Can I be medically separated and or retired from the reserves? I am totally lost.

@Mrr? I'm an MRR-focused attorney, so I know a little bit about these general questions. Theoretically speaking (based on the current regulations), the answer is yes. The issues you'll face, however, get complicated very quickly for two main reasons: 1) the regulations are currently in flux; and 2) the individuals charged with effectuating the intent of those regulations aren't well versed in them. Frankly, it's the blind leading the blind.

Because I do not know the facts of your case, I cannot really go into more detail. Here's a link to a blog post of mine that may help you a bit more and point you to some resources that can help: The #1 Thing Harming Reservists in the MRR - The Process

Hello, do you mind sharing your email or phone number so I can reach out to you? I think I need to hire an attorney.
