Medical Board / PEB Timeline
  • June 5th 2020 - Started being seen for referred condition
  • February 22nd 2021- Placed on LIMDU
  • May 13th 2021- PEB initiated
  • May 19th 2021- Called PEBLO for update, MEBAA signed & Counseling with my PEBLO *Buy day*
  • May 20th 2021- initial counseling with Legal
  • June 2nd 2021- 101 Legal Counseling with Lawyer
  • June 3rd 2021- call from MSC to setup an appointment
  • June 7th 2021- MSC Appointment to go over VA Claims
  • June 8th 2021- signed and sent MSC paperwork on the claims I planned on filing.
  • June 10th 2022- Got a call from QTC to schedule appointments (5 in total)
  • Appointment range from (June 25th 2021- August 6th 2021)
  • June 28th 2021- QTC appointment for referred condition
  • July 5th 2021- Results from QTC referred condition posted on TricareOnline *sent to lawyer same day*
  • July 9th 2021- Meeting with Lawyer to go over QTC findings. Also, finished Personal Impact Statements. Lawyer sent to PEBLO
  • August 16th 2021 - PEBLO sent request to command for CO statement (NMA)
  • August 19th VA.gov updated to “to initial review”
  • August 31st 2021 CO signed NMA
  • September 1st 2021 NMA uploaded
  • September 3rd 2021 Submitted Rebuttal due to incorrect medicine
  • September 13th 2021 VA Rep received my VA disagreements from my PEBLO
  • September 10th 2021 Doctor signed my Rebuttal
  • September 16th 2021 E member signed and send to PEBLO
  • September 16th 2021 MEB end Date
  • September 17th 2021 PEBLO Entered in IDES info on TOL
  • September 20th 2021 called PEBLO said my case has been with the medical officer for 4 days
  • October 25th 2021 Package with Medical Officer
  • November 9th 2021, VA claim closed on VA.gov
  • April 1st 2022 found Unfit
  • April 29th 2022 received findings
  • May 10th 2022 RAD message received (End of Active Duty Service date July 28th)
  • June 2nd 2022 transfer package turned in
  • June 28th 2022 received retirement orders/started terminal leave & PTDY
  • July 14th 2022 Received DD-214
  • July 28th 2022 officially out the Navy
  • August 25th 2022 *HHG Scheduled pick up*

Similar timeline to mine. The next question is…. when do we see our first VA check? lol. It will close and a new one will open with initial review once they input your DD-214. Then, hopefully the reviewer pushes it forward as it should.
