I have a similar timeline as whillythekid. Except for the findings part lol. Been quiet on the forum cus work computer wouldn't let me sign in for a while. PEB accepted Aug 10th, Found unfit OCT 24th. Finally got through to the MED Board director and he said my case was with the va and should have findings before the year is up. He also said that time depended on how much you claimed. So here's to next week...

hey brother was your lower back rated at 10%? Any surgeries? Did they include nerve pain in your narsum? My disqualifying condition, is essentially the same as yours, was found unfit Nov 3rd…Referred to the MED Board: June 14th 2022 -Low back pain

Pretty much the same timeline as you.Just jumping in, I am right there with you guys, accepted into PEB Sep 15, and found unfit Nov 4. Hoping to hear something around Christmas time... fingers crossed.
Sorry for the late reply, low back pain. I had PRP and trt as well as acupuncture and 6 months of physical therapy. I have 3 bulging discs. Good luck man, hopefully you get the call soon. UNFIT OCT 24th. Had 24 claims at the VA, hopefully you get your call this week. If not this week then next. Call every Friday…pending decision. Had a spinal fusion in 2012 pushed it out another 10 years, but as an aircraft mechanic couldn’t do it anymore. Pain was overwhelming. I had 13 claims. Talked to my lawyer today. My case has been with the VA ratings officer for 43 days, he said some are waiting upwards of 65 to get results. Here’s to hoping I get results after Christmas.
