Hello! Just chiming in, I am not sure for your timeline but mine is about a month later than yours. I finished my C&P exams 22 Aug and am waiting for my NARSUM. Did you get any indication of fit/unfit from your NARSUM?

Start of MEB: June 26th
last VA exam: Aug 24th
Sent to PEB: Aug 30th
PEB acceptance on MOL: Sep 11

I passed the line officer and now with the medical officer for the past 3 weeks, my DES Lawyer says "expect to find out if fit/unfit at the end of Oct through November. Today is Oct 18th, 2022. Can any of yall help me out with your timeline with the PEB, I know it varies per case but I'm trying to see if I can make a rough estimate on when I should get my result back. I'm USMC btw

Yours seems to be going pretty quick. I went to PEB Sep 15th, checked in with my PEBLO on Friday and he said "no progress was made". So 30 days and nothing. However I was told by my lawyer, 2 to 2.5 months until fit/unfit. Not sure if that will happen..

well, the good thing is we're on a similar Timeline, I'll keep you updated on what's happing on this end. It's frustrating on how long it takes and how you get kept in the dark. I'm in Camp Pendelton where are you located at?

True. I was hoping to get out by Christmas but that won't be happening. I'll let you know as I hear as well. I'm over at Ft. Meade. I've been through a medboard once before out of Balboa and it took ages as well. Are you able to see your VA claims on ebenefits? I could two weeks ago but now they've disappeared.

Yeah my VA claim also disappeared, I talked to my VA guy at IDES about it and he got bothered that I called him about that. I told him "Sir I get it that your upset, but I'm worried about my future and its your job to help me out with the claim." after that he told me "not to worry about it that it happens, but the VA has my claim and will get the disability results when you receive your findings. Your active duty rn so the VA cant pay you yet." I'm like, its not about the money, I just don't want to get screwed over AGAIN by the government. P.S. my VA Claim disappeared 2 weeks ago, and I took it as a sign that I'm almost done with the PEB.

Same timeline for me!! Mine said pending decision approval and then was gone. I hate how they get frustrated that we ask questions... I want to stay in the know! I get it. I hate that so many people struggle like this going through the PEB. Fingers crossed for both of us. Message me if you need anything!! We are very close in timelines for sure.

hey man, just got off a phone call with my lawyer. He said he had a Sailor that start his PEB in the first week of August and that he got his findings last week. So used that as a rough estimate to create a timeline for yourself.
