Injuried March 14th 2008 had two surgeries, Is a EPTS condition but permenately aggrivated by military service, did not happen in a combat zone.

Findings were 0 % Disability, Seperation with Serverence Pay, $3019.45, I hear you get it within 60 days of discharge is that true? I wanted to appeal but I was an IET soldeir so I spent 6 months with no phones, tv, internet and such , I was allowed to eat chow and sleep, thats it so i wasnt gona reach the extra time there but i have been advised to go to the VA.
Injury is Testicular Torsion, I lost my right testicle, the told me I was 75% fertal.
What do ya think? I was thinking of trying to get the VA to pay for school maby, also can you keep the severence pay and not receive checks from the VA but still use GI BILL from VA altho your checks would be going to your serverence pay debt?
