My Timeline - Currently Waiting on VA for Ratings

I can’t wait anymore until I’m in the same boat. I’m at 91 days waiting for ratings now. I’m getting antsy. And I’m glad to see some resolutions to the cases that have taken so long!
 
Unfortunately I can say not all cases are done at the same speed even within a command. I had asked my command ides coordinator just a few weeks prior to getting my results and she had shared with me the fact that I was one of only 3 who still hadn't received findings faster than 6 months from submission in a group of nearly 40 who submitted within a few weeks of me.

I had about 12 or 14 claims

I have about 10 claims myself and the va claim process started at the beginning of August and it’s been 8 months since then. I can accept that if it’s something rare that happens

They dont start actually processing your claim until finding from peb have been submitted.

I just see timelines and know that it’s been taking around 90 days give or take to get findings back after being found unfit. I don’t know if I read the comment I responded to the right way or not, I’m at 92 days since being found unfit and would like to see some progress at this point lol

I know you had a similar date to me. yesterday I was feeling frustrated so I gave in and called the VA like 40 minutes before they closed. I only made that call because of your post. Today will be 99 days, I've had proposed ratings since Friday evening and they sent it back to PEB on Monday. They wouldn't send me the proposed ratings because PEB isn't finished but it was something. Also my app says nothing at all so had it not been for that call I'd have never known.
 
Claims are officially closed on VA account. But I got another email saying I need an additional C&P exam?? Super weird and don’t know where this came from.

That’s the kind of progress I’m looking for honestly. Just something saying we didn’t forget about you lol. But that’s good! Hopefully you hear about it before the week is done or the beginning of next week!

Same. I was able to see my proposed rating online with the letter and that was 90% so I’m just waiting for official findings.

I haven’t been able to see it on the app. Maybe after tomorrow. But my PEBLO said 100% proposed

Yes give it a few days to close on the app. I didn’t see it close until 2 days later.. Congrats! I’m glad you got what you needed

Sure will, and I appreciate it! It was the most humbling feeling after that amount of time waiting lol.
 
Long time follower, first time poster here. Currently in the Army IDES and have a question/concern..

I was told by my PEBLO that I was found unfit and the VA has completed my ratings. I just am wondering if it's for certain that I will be found unfit on DA199 or can IPEB change their decisions after they get the VA ratings?

anything can happen but 99% your unfit
