I have drank the kool-aid.. It’s out of my control.. so close to the end after 455 days in IDES, 161 days at the PEB.

Which reminds me that the time frame would have been 154 days at PEB.

In Quantico as well, my PEBLO aint the best.
 
Pretty much a general consensus is that 90% of peblos are worthless when it comes to information on your specific case. You’d think they would just give us access to the tracker so they’d stop receiving hundreds of phone calls and emails a week. I guess it’s easier to keep everyone in the dark because then we can’t hold them accountable for their fuck ups.

I wish they would get you a tracker like the Army has. It really does help so you don't have to but your PEBLO.

I wish they would too. It would relieve a lot of tension and frustration knowing you can check it on your own and you don’t have to worry about if your Peblo is just sitting on your packet for corrections.

As do I, it would help with planning for our transitional process.

I don’t want to contact the PEBLOs for information I should have never had to ask for. I should never have to call them in the first place other than for what’s required.

Added that I’m not bashing the PEBLOs. I am frustrated with the PEB process.

agreed, my interactions w/ the IDES office and my specific PEBLO have been horrendous. I told her last week it would be better if we only communicated via email. 1) that prevents from me losing it on her. 2) documents her word salad mess of garbage she tells me that doesn't come from any regulation, dodi, etc. Drives me insane!
 
*UPDATE*

I received and accepted my findings yesterday morning - Unfit 10% DOD and 90% VA.

- 462 days in IDES.
- 167 days at the PEB.

15-20 days new EAS date.

I was foretold around New Years to be expected.. or earlier being that the holidays are coming up.. Which I don’t mind.. I’ve been waiting long enough and I’m ready for the next chapter.

Will update again for timeline purposes.

This timeline is coming from Quantico, VA. I'm not sure if your location really matters but this is what my current timeline looks like. My PEBLO is saying I should get my findings back around November timeline. I am hoping that is true.

Yes and no. Usually it does go to the medical officer (vote #1), then to line officer (vote #2). If they disagree, it goes to the third line officer for a tie-breaker. On September 1, there was a memo put out to the board, which allows them to skip the medical officer portion (because of the backlog). In theory it is supposed to speed up the PEB portion, which now averages around 150-160 days.
