Correct, during the MEB if conditions are forwarded to the VA for ratings, then there was unfitting conditions and all conditions will be rated. The unfit conditions found by the PEB will then have the VA ratings applied and a DoD rating will be calculated based off the unfit conditions.Called the PEB this morning, spoke to a funny who informed me my package has been reviewed and is going through Q&A And then sent to the VA which to my understanding means I was found unfit.

You can only average out others responses , and that would be like 3-6 weeks very possibly more or less. The VA doesn't not have hard requirements during the process like the services due. (Even though the services have hard requirements they also will bust them some times)any idea how long the VA takes once they have the package?

* some of the services do... the USMC seems to me under-manned as usual. it took over 60 days to process through the PEB, then an additional 24 days for them to send it to the VA, total time by IDES timeline goals is 11 days, including being sent. I had put in nearly 30 different claims with evidence, and while in the C&P exams VA found 2 more conditions in which they reviewed/x-ray'ed/MRI'ed. VA was completed in 9 days. if anything its the Admin side processing packages. Most likely there are only a few bodies processing packages and not to dime out admin, but being a month or two behind on paperwork seems to be in the good zone for them for some reason, any other shop would be getting their assholes enlarged. I had an admin shop before that was a year and 2 months behind, guys were getting EAS'ed who put in re-enlistment packages 4 months+ prior. You can only average out others responses , and that would be like 3-6 weeks very possibly more or less. Per the IDES timeline goals, VA has up to 20 days. under 14 days seems like good time. mine was done in 9, so i'm happy, now its hurry up and wait again with the PEB.very interesting, gauging all the threads I’ve read it’s been all over the place. Some people I’ve seen their case closed in 4 days others 2 weeks.

Did they give you a timeline on when to expect QA to finish? The first time I called, September 112019, I was told it's with QA and within 2 weeks I should hear from my PEBLO with the findings. I called again on October 1, was told it was still in QA and should hear something in the next week and a half. My PEBLO called me on October 10. I know they're backed up. I hope you hear back soon and with better news than I received.July 11 2019 med board referral
July 15 met with peblo/ Des legal brief
July 21st-22nd c&p exams completed
August 30-signed my package and sent to PEB
September 6- case accepted by PEB
September 20-called PEB said it’s with the board as of the 16th
October 11th- called PEB, was told package has been reviewed and is with quality assurance before being sent to VA.
I’ll keep you all updated as the process proceeds.
So in my case, I was referred to PEB for Rheumatoid Arthritis, where for some reason they connected it with lumbar strain and not to the actual affected joints. My package was sent to PEB on 14JUN19 and I was told it was in QA from 11SEP19 until I received the findings on 10OCT19. I knew the results from the VA side on 9SEP19, just not the determination. Overall, it was just under 4 months from submission to seeing findings.it’ll be in QA for 3-4 weeks after the board concluded then it will go to the VA for 1-2 weeks and then back to the PEB for another 3-4 weeks.

On September 5 2019, I saw on ebenefits/va.gov that a decision has been made on my claim and also that they needed more info for my left ankle. I was confused about this so I went and talked to my rep about it. He said that I just needed to submit for my ankle because I missed it when I originally filed and they found it in my records. I told him that the website said the VA side was done and he was able to pull them up. I'm not sure if he was supposed to show me or not though, I hope this doesnt get him fired or anything. Also how did you get your VA findings before the Peblo called you?

Update: I spoke with the PEB this morning and I am in the QA Post Adjudication phase. From the posts above, I can expect to be in this phase for at least another week. Then the VA. Then back with the PEB and then on to the PEBLO. Maybe get my formal findings the first week of November?
