Contacted the VA and stated the VA ratings for my conditions via IDES were completed 29 DEC 23. Unfortunately, the proposed ratings can't be read at this time. Does anyone know how what happens from here? My case is at the PEB level and the 571 number doesn't appear to work. Maybe no one is working this week.

Your PEBLO will share the proposed ratings with you once the iPEB finds you unfit. That's why the VA has done their job but you haven't gotten them to look over yet.
If your claim is closed on the app you should be able to call in to the VA and get your proposed ratings sent in an email. When I called in I just said something along the lines of I didn't want it mailed and wanted my claim letter electronically and I got them to send it to me first try.
