NARSUM Timeline???

I am in the Army and going through Fort Gordon for my MEB. I finished my last C&P exam on 19AUG claiming 26 things. I received a call from the MCP on Monday 29AUG to tell me she had received everything from the VA that my PEBLO has everything she needs to move forward for my NARSUM. My question is about how long can I expect more or less to get a copy of my NARSUM and is this process considered the MEB stage when I look on my dashboard on AKO? Thanks for any input.
