Question about DOD ratings:
Received DOES NOT meet retention standards for the Back issue I was referred to MEB for. I was diagnosed with DDD t6 compression fracture and disc protrusion in t4-t9
Forward Flexion endpoint 80/90
I’ve been reading that each of those should be 10% by themselves in the DODs eyes is that just a blanket 10% as a back injury or is it added up 10+10+10=30% rating for that injury?
I have multiple other claims waiting for the VA side and not asking for my combined VA rating. Just wondering how the DOD sees this.
Haven’t signed yet and am meeting with legal to look over the rest of the packet just want to prepare myself for possible outcomes. any advice or help would be appreciated!
