I finished my FPEB 15Jan. They offered me a stipulation which I agreed to. They found me unfit for three conditions so I know these conditions are unfitting. The VA finished my case on 11Feb. I have not heard back from my PEBLO on my formal findings. I have been contacting her, my attorney, and my VA rep/msc trying to find out what is going on. My husband is AD Marines and is leaving in May, so I really need to get out soon, so I can focus on taking care of my son and recovery either by myself or go somewhere to get help. This is becoming pretty urgent. What am I waiting on and what can I do? On that note, my command what’s me out too. They know how urgent this is and how it is destroying my mental health and body.

Your FPEB attorney should be able to look up your findings and follow up with the FPEB staff to ascertain the status of your findings- i.e., whether the findings have been released to be sent to you via the PEBLO. The FPEB attorney should also be able to send you a copy. Note- the MSC would have no idea about the status of your Navy FPEB findings.
