Need help located rating %

Hello, does anyone know what "orthostatic hypertension" ICD-9 458.0

I have a member that was diagnosed with this, has been through a med board and being PEB'd. I can't locate it. Does this mean it does not rate a disqualifing rating percentage? What does anyone think the likely outcome will be based on diagnosis alone.

Thanks

Orthostatic hypotension (also known as postural hypotension[1], and, colloquially, as head rush or a dizzy spell and to some people "the elevator effect") is a form of hypotension in which a person's blood pressure suddenly falls when the person stands up. The decrease is typically greater than 20/10 mm Hg,[2] and may be most pronounced after resting.

Glade your looking out for your troops, however with just a diagnoses, its hard to determine any outcome.

You probably mean "hypotenstion," not "hypertension."

The real answer depends on the symptoms experienced by the member. In the case I am linking to, the veteran was rated by analogy under Diagnostic Code 6204 for peripheral vestibular disorders.
