High 3= $9,450 (O5)
YOS=33 Good years with 5,561 points, or 38.6% of pay ($3,685.50)
50% DOD Disabled
100% VA Disabled
30% CRSC
My FPEB Counsel told me that I should get 75% DoD based on my medical issues, but because my condition was not identified at the VA at once, I should do it once I am out of the FPEB Process, through the ABCMR… I did follow her advice.
So, based on what I read in all these posts, is it worth getting lawyered up? Here is my Intake right now
DoD 50% disability=$4,725
VA Disability=$3,915.16
CRDP= $2,850
Question is:
If I get my DOD disability to 75% as recommended by my prior counsel, how much will this affect my total pay? I am being told that it wouldn’t be much. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
