New Diagnosis During PEB

I am about a month into the PEB process. I received a psoriatic arthritis diagnosis recently and the diagnosing doctor told me to reach out to my PEBLO asap and let them know about this diagnosis as they are treating it with an injection that is also an immunosuppressant. I emailed and called my PEBLO to let her know and haven't gotten a response. I was just going to let it go, but the doctor actually called me today and wanted to see if I had heard anything from my PEBLO. He seems pretty knowledgeable about the whole PEB process, so I'm just wondering is this something I need to push letting my PEBLO know immediately?
She has literally never returned an email or phone call to me, so I'm not positive that even continuing to reach out will be effective.

If the diagnosis is a new unfitting condition you will need your doc to issue a P3 profile with restrictions to some of your required duties. Your peblo is a paper pusher between steps in IDES. Not sure they are the right contact unless its to send medical records to the NARSUM docs.

I was 4 months into my MEB process when I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I was told at first that the fibro couldn't be added onto my unfitting condition list, even though it is an unqualifying condition. But it was added on to my medboard when it went up the MEB, before it was sent on to the PEB. Maybe that is what will happen with you too? Sidenote: If your PEBLO has never returned any of your attempts at contact then I would request to get a new one. I guess I'm lucky that I can just walk into my PEBLO's office and she is pretty responsive to my methods of contact.
