I am about a month into the PEB process. I received a psoriatic arthritis diagnosis recently and the diagnosing doctor told me to reach out to my PEBLO asap and let them know about this diagnosis as they are treating it with an injection that is also an immunosuppressant. I emailed and called my PEBLO to let her know and haven't gotten a response. I was just going to let it go, but the doctor actually called me today and wanted to see if I had heard anything from my PEBLO. He seems pretty knowledgeable about the whole PEB process, so I'm just wondering is this something I need to push letting my PEBLO know immediately?
She has literally never returned an email or phone call to me, so I'm not positive that even continuing to reach out will be effective.
